Why have I not received the services I paid for / why isn't my order complete?

If you've paid for a service and have not received it, there may be a few reasons why. First, we always send an automatic email to inform customers when an order has been completed. However, sometimes it can take up to 48 hours for platforms like Spotify and YouTube to process and update their statistics. We recommend waiting a couple of days before contacting us.


If you still haven't received the service you paid for after waiting, please send us a screenshot of the supposed streams and the information shown on your Spotify or YouTube account. We will investigate the issue and do our best to help you. If we determine that there was an error on our end, we will refill your order or refund your payment.
